3. Reservation and Booking

3.1 Booking Procedure

For a successful charter reservation, the following are required:

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Provision of accurate and comprehensive details
  • Deposit submission as outlined in your booking confirmation
  • Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your booking is subject to our receipt of your payment and provision of our written acknowledgement. We maintain the discretion to decline service to any individual.

3.3 Charter Availability

We are subject to the availability of our vessels and favorable weather conditions for our charters. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your requested dates and times.

4. Financial Conditions

4.1 Pricing Information

All quoted prices are denominated in € and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless indicated otherwise. Price alterations can transpire without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Timeline

  • Initial Deposit: 50% of the total cost of the charter required at the time of booking
  • Outstanding Balance: Payable 48 hours before the scheduled departure of the charter
  • Supplementary Fees (if any): Payable upon the conclusion of the charter

4.3 Accepted Payment Forms

We accept popular credit cards, electronic funds transfers, and certified bank drafts. Payments are processed using secure and encrypted channels.

5. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policies

5.1 Client Cancellations

  • Over 72 hours prior to departure: Full refund excluding processing expenses
  • 24-72 hours before departure: Refund of 50%
  • Under 24 hours before departure: Non-refundable

5.2 Cancellations Due to Weather

In case of weather conditions deemed unsafe by our captain, we will propose to:

  • Reschedule the charter to another convenient date without extra costs
  • Issue a full refund if alternative scheduling is unfeasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If your allocated vessel encounters mechanical issues, we will strive to propose a suitable substitution. A full refund will be given if we fail to provide an alternate.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Protocols

All guests are mandated to:

  • Heed all instructions from the crew
  • Utilize provided safety gear as necessitated
  • Declare any health conditions that can impact their safety
  • Stay within the designated areas on the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following items are forbidden on board:

  • Glass containers
  • Illegal drugs
  • Weapons or firearms
  • Excessive quantities of alcohol
  • Animals (except with prior approval)

6.3 Guest Behavior

Passengers must demonstrate courteous behavior at all times. We reserve the right to abort a charter prematurely with no refund if a guest's conduct presents a hazard or disrupts the experience of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Limits on Our Liability

Our accountability is confined to the charter cost paid by you. We are not responsible for:

  • Personal harm due to negligence of the guests
  • Theft or destruction of personal items
  • Indirect, special, or punitive losses
  • Delays due to weather or situations out of our hand

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We hold comprehensive marine insurance for our vessels and operations. Clients are accountable for their personal and travel insurance.

7.3 Risk Assumption

By engaging in our charter services, you accept the intrinsic risks associated with maritime activities and bear responsibility for your personal safety.

8. Changes to Itineraries and Schedule

We retain the authority to revise itineraries, routes, and schedules due to weather, safety concerns, or operational demands. Comparable alternatives will be endeavored where possible.

9. Force Majeure

We are not culpable for postponements, cancellations, or modifications caused by events outside of our control, including but not restricted to:

  • Extreme weather events
  • Natural catastrophes
  • Regulatory directives
  • Port shutdowns
  • Equipment failures

10. Data Protection and Privacy
