Booking your charter 2–3 weeks in advance is suggested, particularly during the high-demand period (May–September). For organized events and private gatherings, securing your spot 4–6 weeks beforehand is preferable for ensuring ample availability and to allow for personalization time.
What is the protocol for unfavorable sailing conditions?
Your safety is our utmost concern. Unfavorable sailing conditions as determined by our captain may lead to rescheduling your trip for another suitable date or issuing a total refund. We keep a close eye on the weather and will get in touch with you if the forecast seems risky 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
Is it permissible to bring personal food and refreshments on board?
Certainly, you are allowed to bring your own food and drinks. Nonetheless, we also have exceptional catering services and can tailor the menu to suit your tastes. Please be aware that for safety purposes, glass containers are prohibited on the vessel.
Do your yachts cater to guests with mobility issues?
We endeavor to be inclusive of all guests. Some yachts in our fleet may be more suited for accessibility. We recommend discussing your specific needs during your booking process, and we will direct you to the appropriate yacht and make any needed arrangements.
What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
Cancellations done 72 hours prior to your charter will be fully refunded. If you cancel between 24 and 72 hours before the set time, you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before are generally nonrefundable, except in cases of unsafe weather conditions or mechanical failures on our behalf.
